@@mariofpv haver you seen their OpenHD vs alternatives table? Pure lies about Ruby to make it seem like its not better than OpenHD lol, I have seen OpenHD devs attack Petru in comments as well while Petru remained adult and did not react.
They lied about many things and that’s why no one cares about them anymore. Their project will die since no one is using it. OpenIPC, WFB-ng and Ruby are now united and have a common community with many software developers and hardware engineers. It’s the best thing ever happened to open source FPV.

video looks awesome, how is the penetration compared to analog and other digital systems but tbh hope you improve the breakup, whole screen going blank doesn't look so promising at the moment, other systems leave atleast somewhat usable bits of video for rough navigation
I haven’t done any other tests yet. This was just the maiden flight. More videos will follow so make sure you subscribe to not miss them. Cheers mate!😊🍻
Great stuff! Tooling up to take this for a spin - any significance to why you used the (no eMMC) version of Radxa 3W? Most of the available variants I'm finding come with it ... TIA
It’s already done, months ago, by very experienced freestyle pilots. I have already shared some of their videos in my community section. Check them out! Cheers mate!😊🍻
I haven’t done any tests yet but it feels slightly higher than the regular 35ms. I’m guessing around 50ms. They will improve it of course since it’s the first working version so there’s a lot of room for improvement. Cheers mate!😊🍻
@@mariofpv nice! I run Orqa googles. Supposedly they were supposed to release their own digital system. I often wondered if they were going to adapt to something similar you are working on. I appreciate you sharing your progress and will pray for you and your team. Good luck
Fantastic, great work, been following since the beginning!
Keep going!
Cheers mate!😊🍻
You are really successful, I congratulate you on this.

wow that is some beautiful open source software
Cheers mate!😊🍻
Great images !

OpenHD love to talk down Ruby but its so much better!
Nobody really cares about them anymore. We now have the perfect combination for open source FPV! Cheers mate!😊🍻

Hi Mario looking good, can't wait for next month!
Oh i wanted to ask...will you possibly have a 3D print file for the antenna's?😎😊
I’m not good at 3D printing designs. There are some experts in our community maybe ask them. Cheers mate!😊🍻
Unbelievable!
How can I support u and ur team?

I haven’t tried it on eMMC version and all I can say is that the SD card version is much simpler and straightforward. Cheers mate!😊🍻
What are the odds of some latency testing by a more experienced pilot? The quality looks awesome, I'm excited to see further testing :-)

Does Mario Aio supports control link like dji air unit??
Yes it’s possible since it has bidirectional communication. Cheers mate!😊🍻
I accept that developing such projects is hard but are there any plans of a cheaper option than the current 99€ for the air unit?
It’s 99$, not €, and for what you get it’s extremely cheap. In fact, I was expecting higher price for all the features that includes. Cheers mate!😊🍻
I am assuming a VRX module can be applied to an analog goggles? Just curious
Yes as long as there is an HDMI IN port on the goggles. Cheers mate!😊🍻

Fatshark HDO old goggles. Any goggles will work. Cheers mate!😊🍻
@@mariofpv By any goggles do you mean any with HDMI in? Great work by the way!
@magnuscocker9472 yes that’s correct. Any display device with HDMI in port will work.
it looks laggy
Yes, I noticed that too, Ruby adds a little bit latency but we can improve it down to normal 30-35ms. At the moment it is around 50ms. Cheers mate!😊🍻
cooool!
