Shit I live 20 mins away I gotta try this.

Ya for real! How was it?
We need an update!

This looks absolutely incredible. I bet the seared crispy side is absurdly delicious
Would invite you there since 100+ you and I had the exact same reaction. 😂❤
Yes please 😋
@World Viral Daily oh you’re poor poor
No Man this is a shit lasagna, remember The sistem for a good lasagna is 1: small pan, with little dough it would be ideal to make three layers with puff pastry, bake for a while in the oven and here's the real lasagna, without parsley and fresh parmesan thrown away don't ruin the Italian tradition. Thank you
Looks like trash
This would just be a snack for Garfield.
😂😂
I hope you mean the entire pan
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
And imma be right there wit him 😂😂😂
Damn! This completely crushes my 98 layer lasagna by at least 2 layers!
you fool! get outta here with your inferior lasagna
Ok I’ll definitely check it out next time I’m in Toronto. Looks good
looks good?! omg are you serious lmao this sideways layered shitfuck stack is a declaration of war to italy bro how this looks good to you?! howww. Even my grandma dead body is suffering rn cause of this!!
Thanks. I was wondering what the location was. He gave an address, but no country. I will join you there in my dreams.
I like that you keep the layers of sauce and béchamel separate looks dope
Yes, very good presentation 👏
It's called Alfredo sauce
@@sethwatson4327The chef said it's béchamel sauce, which has nothing to do with Alfredo sauce
@@sethwatson4327it’s a béchamel sauce, made with butter, flour and milk. Alfredo sauce is different - it’s made with butter, heavy cream and cheese.
@@caitlincharmed1cream on alfredo sauce? Wtf
This is the first American restaurant I've watched and can agree this is actually authentic Italian food.
No over-the-top cream or cheese is added to suit American people's tastes. The proper way to make a lasagna 💯
This is in Canada.
@@kingconcerto5860 Canada is in America but sure I get what you mean
@@wafalin9395 Canada is in North America. People talking about an "American restaurant" are talking about the food of the USA specifically.
Mexico is also in North America, nobody in the world refers to Mexican food as "American" food. It's actually shocking that this needs to be explained to you.
@@wafalin9395 Canada is not part of the United States.
This is the most beautiful lasagna ive ever met eyes with.
Thats all for show, 100 layers of pasta means there Is too much pasta compared to the rest
Great work, chef. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely try this dish!
People are strange,,,we break bread with hands and now the knives??? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️.... And we use to have decent food and now we have competition? Like wtf man?!!!!!
That looks fricken amazing! Wish I was nearby to try!
This looks ridiculous
Ridiculously frickin tasty 🤤
I grew up just a few doors down from this place and I am absolutely coming in to eat this the next time I come back home!!!
I’m not usually amazed by lasagna, but this looks life changing
It's the anti-life equation.
That’ll be $150 :)
It’s regular lasagna just much much more of it
@@sinahaase9923 Stop trying to minimize what this chef did!
Life changing? Exaggerating way too much
No way that was 100. I'd also be impressed with a-lot-of-layers lasagna
they probably mean layer of sauce, noodle, bechamel, cheese x 25 or something like that.
@@JamesFireclaw yes. noodle. no one cares about your Italian vernacular when we're searing, 2 day old leftover lasagna lmao
@@JamesFireclaw wow imagine he didn’t write the type of pasta perfectly!!! I can’t believe some people don’t have bigger problems in their life.
yeah it's probably 4•25 or 5•20
@@gennielinara2356 Not everyone is a pleb with issues. Sort your life out.
Highly recommend La Palma. I've been there about 5 times and never been disappointed.
Do u know how much it cost
Almost 30 dollars now :(@@CHISTY191
One of few Italian dishes I have seen on youtube shorts that actually look good
Basic recipe.
Executed well.
Elevated beyond what most people would do in there homes.
Beautifully presented.
Well done.
Give me the recipe plz
nope… mozzarella is wrong… there is definitely too pasta… why fry it?… olive oil !! on top?… and some random herb and parmigiano in the end… totally wrong call it Timballo not lasagna
Chill out 😂
@@giannicolonello3240I use ketchup is my lasagna
@@giannicolonello3240A huge brick of cold, overcooked pasta and sauce is all I see
I love those gigantic sheets of fresh pasta, so beautiful 😋👍
Wow!!! Looks Delicious.
Chef's kiss🤌❤
Myyy goooood😲🤤
OMG if I ever visit Canada I'll make sure I'll visit you!!! Looks absolutely amazing
I never thought about searing my lasagna! Thanks for the tip!!
You don't need to I'd you make a normal lasagna and bake it properly. No idea why you would make 100 layers and then it comes out so soggy you have to fry it too
@@1physics Hater alert.
@@1physics if it was soggy you wouldn't be able to create a good crust on it
@@1physics because its a restaurant serving tons of people in one day. They can bang out way more setvings quicker this way
@@1physics....go away
"I may not be a smart man, but I know what 100 layers looks like"........
Well 100 Layers is only 33 right
@@slabbygabbyhe a freemason?
@@rftkohiah9136 looooolll
I think he is counting the sauces and cheeses as well
@@rftkohiah9136 looll
So if somebody comes in and counts every layer and there aren't a 100, is there gonna be a problem? This seems like an invitation to sue. Lasagna is serious business.
I’ve just made a lasagna at home and really liked the searing…It’s great
This is classic thinking out of the box. Just when you thought lasagna couldn't get any better. I am going to scale it down but do it with no other changes.
They copied a New York restaurant that is very famous for this and went viral several times. Another restaurant also does this but then breads the portion once cooled and deep fries it.
It's completely pointless
@@monkeytennis8861 I disagree. I normally don't go for novelty gimmicks but I liked the presentation and use of top notch ingredients. Searing of the edges gives it a unique texture and flavor.
Wonderful serving
Looks amazing
I always like the burnt edges but now that you can sear, holy cow! That is artwork, so heavenly.
That looks delicious!
My mouth instantly salivated, once he cut into the lasagna slice at the end. 🤤 I’m so jealous lol I need a slice.
I've been here and it's amazing. I bought a frozen one to take away as well
How much does it cost
@@Pla-mk4th I was there over a year ago - around $50-ish if I remember correctly, approx 4 servings
What state
@@Neags 4 servings for 100 layer pasta? 😮

My family are from southern Italy. We purposely burn the top and edges slightly, always the best part!
When you say your family you mean that you are actually just american lmao
@@abeedhal6519 I’ve never even been to the US
Looks so good. Nothing better than fresh food made from scratch.
Just made reservations because of this video! Can't wait!

That looks oily and amurikan
Looks yummy
Grilling up lasagna is next level I never thought of that
That looks delicious chef!
Beautiful dish
I’ve literally never seen such a good Lasagna
Wow that looks awesome.
I'm loving this from the UK. Amazing - 100 layers.
Agreed wish we had food like this in the UK but instead we get overcharged for watered down products 😂😂😂
I should open a restaurant then
Looks more delish than I thought
Thing of beauty😍😍😍
DAMN!!! That looks GREAT!!!
This looks incredible!!
I'll need about 4 of those servings thanks
Wow your eateries are amazing over there, sooo many serving amazing foods.

Looks real good actually
That looks fire 🔥
Damn, the cooks must hate prepping for this and having to store multiple hotel pans of it in the walk-in😅
It’s called a job
@@jaypruitt8639 Yeah bro, it's my job(not this resto specifically). That's why I'm imagining the nightmares of prepping a fuckload of it for service.

@Jay Pruitt Go clean your room before mommy gets home.
@@filmdude9970 idk what you're talking about. Looks easy af to prep. Much rather do this than a couple hundred Scotch eggs.

Omg looks Delicious
This is most definitely one of the best lasagnas ive ever seen in my life. This is getting the Garfield approval rating.
You can’t rate as a non Italian
@@LorisSingh I absolutely can and just did
@@Himbeaw okay
My ancestors are probably mad
But I obviously can’t tell you what to do
That's amazing, great idea although I may limit myself to 20 layers :)
Omg how gorgeous is that? I want!!😋😋😋
This made my mouth water.
Bechamel sauce makes the best lasagna. Looks so good, but I'm too far away in Australia! I'm sure you will have loads of customers!

Looks like 20 layers to me but im in!
Truly beautiful
Looks amazing. I like the slice and sear method.
Searing it in olive oil sounds amazing!!! I can't believe I never thought of that!!!
Amazing dish.
$38 a plate. No less. That looks INSANELY GOOD.
Child doesn’t understand a dollars value
Finally, a lasagna without ricotta or cottage cheese. I’m in.
I love ricotta free lasagna. I make it with cottage cheese at home to avoid the ricotta, always tastes to eggy to me..
@@parkercushingable I feel that! I'm just a bit picky about it, just never was a fan.
What a fantastic way to advertise your restaurant. You had me at crispy... ❤️
looks pretty good
That’s not 100 layers 😅 but it looks delicious
Bro couldn’t sound less enthusiastic about it. ‘100 layers of they don’t pay me enough to care.’
Fr lmao don't blame him though I'd be done as well if I had to repeat that layering process 100 times every day
WOW…Outstanding!
