I was a security guard for a company with cubicles. Our orders were to observe and report how many open and unopened soda cans were in each one, the limit was six. F that. We were not employees, this company were clients, and we refused to play a game that had nothing to do with security.
I just realized that the reason Milton was so cagey about the cake was he had already calculated, from how big the slices were there were going to be more people than slices, which means he was able to do a fast head count of the room and estimate the total number of slices almost instantly, Miltons got a good brain on him.
Actually, the problem was, Nina and that asian bitch to his left didn't follow their own goddamn rules and pass the cake, if they had, he would have gotten a piece. Fuck those two cunts.

i love how the movie focuses sometimes on Milton for a reason. All of these bad things that are happening to him was painful to watch sometimes and it made me question in the end why are we focusing sometimes on this character and then the ending happened and i instantly thought "well......Karma"
There’s a sense of justice in him getting the stolen money. Peter and the boys rightfully hated their jobs but they weren’t being shit on and exploited to the extent Milton was. He deserved it more.

But now that I am one, I wouldn't want it any other way actually 😅 As mentioned before, as long as you work with something that you actually care about (for me modeling characters for games). About cubicle vs. open office, feels like it doesn't really matter, people will complain no matter what, it's pros and cons with each setup and it's kinda induvidual for each employee's taste, so unless you customize each and everyone's office space, there gonna be complaints. If you ask me, I'm all into a open office, not because I'm an extrovert that like to chitchat every chance I get, I just like the idea to hear some subtle background chatter that I can ignore, making me feel less alone while being productive getting my things done 😅

Stephen Root is an amazing actor and even the smallest part he shines. Office Space and his role in News Radio are the top performances in his career.
Milton's people skills are below zero. He always mumbles, he's creepy, he offers little resistance when people are pushing him around, he's zero fun. And almost everyone around him is an asshole, which makes everything worse. But you can tell he's rather smart, a hard worker, and generally a good guy (until they make him explode).
