That machine is so durable it's bound to last another century. You two really put in the work and brought it back to life, it was a pleasure to hear it polishing again. The tabling technique is clever in it's simplicity. Charlie even has the traditional alcohol lamp with a warming tray, that's a piece of kit I'd like to pick up.
Now you just need to convert it to hamster wheel power. Seriously though. That is one beautiful machine. No chance in hell you'd find anything like that in the states.
