I’m not here to throw shade at Tiff and Dan. Their programs definitely get results. But just a word of caution: after this general, ab-heavy section of the 6-week shred I was diagnosed with bilateral oblique tears. Space your workouts apart by at least every other day, practice slow and impeccable form, and if needed, consult w a personal trainer first on your foundational strength level. Any imbalances can easily throw your entire kinetic chain awry. Believe me, you don’t want this kind of pain and you don’t want to be sidelined for two months, like me.
Oh my god. That's scary, I've been focusing on my obliques for the past couple of weeks so as to strengthen them, and i refer to this channel cuz the results are actually visible but now that you said to keep be cautious I'm a bit paranoid
I mean that just seems like a you issue, my abs recover fast and I'm still kind of young, 25.
