- We enjoy some breakfast on the ship, then we head off to visit Nassau! After a few snafu with our excursion, we decided to simply walk around the shops in the port. We then head back to the ship for some pool time, we meet some characters, then enjoy dinner at the Royal Palace, where I have what is genuinely some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted. Then we trick or treat onboard!

The Sanderson Sisters were so freaking cute!!!!! Jessica was so beautiful as Cinderella where’d you get those sparkly shoes?? Gigis scrunched face playing with that little toy in Nassau. So cute!!!
If you ever stop at Nassau again, I would highly recommend taking a taxi to Nirvana beach bar. It is fairly far from the port so you will have the beach practically to yourselves. I found out about this hidden gem through a cruise forum and had a very relaxing time. Other beaches will be packed with cruisers, but this one had maybe 20 people there when I visited. Plus they have good food and it is family friendly!

Cruises in general look so, not fun! From so many different aspects. 😏
Every time I watch someone's Disney cruise vlog, all I can think is how much more enjoyable it would be to be in WDW. There is absolutely nothing about the cruise experience that I find appealing. Honestly, the towel bat was the greatest part of this day. I'm happy for folks who enjoy this, but it's definitely not for me.

Not sure why this video made it so clear that a Disney cruise is such a bad thing. They went to the pool, had good meals, saw characters, ect. Seemed all good to me, especially for a family.
@@ashleys4652 All of those things could be done in WDW, with many, many more options available. They had to get out of the pool and had a really bad dish at dinner. A cancelled excursion by an outside company wasted two hours. Then the alternative was just a sketchy tourist trap. If I'm going to give Disney my money, I'd rather have many options for dining, on my own schedule; theme park attractions and better entertainment offerings; nicer pools or water parks; and scenery other than just a lot of water. Even Castaway Cay is just a sandbox with lots of scrub bushes. Sure, families can have fun anywhere. But in terms of bang for the buck, WDW has much more to offer than these cruises.
We have our Disney cruise on the Wish in October! Finally was able to reschedule our cruise that was cancelled during Covid lockdown! Can’t wait!! It’s been just over three years then since our last Disney cruise

My husband works for dcl and he’s also been told not to order that pasta from waiters. 😂 wish they’d revamp their menus.
I was on a NCL cruise during Halloween one year. They had a haunted hallway and someone reached out and grabbed my ankle. Scared the crap out of me lol

Maybe if accidently order it a 3rd time (LOL) you could add some other sides like cheese or sour cream. I would add a little salt and pepper. Looks to me like mac n cheese watered down with tiny lobster pieces.
Tyler I made your Brussel sprouts earlier this week..they were fantastic! I don't even like Brussel sprouts ..I mean I'll tolerate them but I gave it a go cause you convinced me and I'm glad I did. Even my husband said you need to get some more recipes from them and now when he sees me watching you or Jessica he says are those the Brussel sprouts people?? Lol (side note I did have a slight problem with losing a lotta leaves,any advice?? Am I cutting them wrong?)

Ya’ll prove why young people should have kids I never remember looking as refreshed and not tired when we had little ones…I always felt so worn out and never looked as good as ya’ll. Granted my husband and I are 10 years + older than you both. Kudos to you both!!
I had two in my early 20s and one in my mid 30s. Age absolutely changes everything. I couldn't even believe it. He's only 6, and I'm still exhausted.
