Phil, your videos never disappoint! I've been doing buttonholes in the hoop "my way" for years and whilst I probably will still continue to do them "my way", there was a wealth of information here that I will take away with me. (Found my way here via a Facebook discussion in the HV machines group admittedly years after you made the video but learning stuff never grows old, does it?) Thank you.
Hi Phil I have created tackdown perimeter and centre cross lines for all my hoops with a 4 mm stitch length. I use the cross lines without any thread to mark placement lines on the stabiliser whenever I am floating fabric in the hoop
This was so helpful!!! I had no idea that you could space them with the encore button!! Life changing! ;-)
Fabulous tutorial and so practical! Thx!!!
Just used this method to put buttonholes down the front of a
Dress worked very well thanks for the tip. Although I was using my sewnet.
Thank you
Fantastic video Phil! Thank you! This will help me when I make my next shower curtain!

What an eye opener! I DID learn something today and realized I could use this tutorial to design my own sew-in labels! Thank you!
Phil, this is just what I have been looking for, thank you so much for this brilliant explanation.
Awesome. Thank you.
Thanks a lot!❤

I love that idea! I've done designs where I do the placement stitches without thread, but I've not just built templates. I may have to do that.
AWESOME!!!!
Thank you
Bellissimo tutorial peccato che non capisco la lingua però guardando mi aiuta tanto
