    Fascinating well explained description of what goes on in our bodies!
    Think I'll need to watch through a good few times to better understand it all, but brilliantly put together!

    Is there anyone that sees this that has actually done Dr Cooper's prescribed running programme? Or swimming , cycling etc?
    I started doing it 12 weeks ago and am making good progress.
    I'm actually surprised how steady the progress has been! But I keep getting side-tracked by all the other running channel coaches saying how we need to be doing 80% of our training in zone 2!
    I've added some Z2 runs to my Cooper programme but it seems to take away from the programme rather than add any benefit!
    I'm now going back more strictly to the programme and will see how it goes, but it would be great to hear from others who have done it.
