you should definitely add a police station and maybe a serial killer or killer of some sort that's on the loose, it'd be fun to play with a storyline like that. There should also be a curfew set, no sims out on the street pass 9-10. I don't think the missing person thing belongs to anyone. Since most simmers are inspired by life is strange me being one of them it's okay to use that story line many saves have it like flowarl sims.

you don't need to to keep going into build mode to copy and paste items you can make sure the item you want to copy is in toggle then hold shift and alt and press on the mouse and it will copy and for Mac press shift, and options then press on the item with your mouse to copy (all at the same time)
