Everything you said resonated with me. I was in a narcissistic abusive relationship. He would belittle me daily (small ways and extreme like telling me I shouldn’t be on earth), say wildly inappropriate things in social gatherings, he cheated more than I can count, and made everything my fault. Tried counseling once as well and he basically made friends with the therapist. I finally left and now I’m with the sweetest most emotionally intelligent man! I went through so much, but I left!

Wow! So happy to hear you left and stand for that! Literally, no one deserves that behavior! And OMG! I am so triggered by you saying the person "Saying Wildly Inappropriate Things" was definitely my experience!

Thank you so much for this video. I’m going through this right now & keep going back in forth in my head whether my ex is right or narcissistic. He never complimented me, argued with me nonstop and would blame me for everything. Nothing I did was ever good enough & he’d always speak down to me like he was superior. I’m so sorry for the loss of your mother. Sharing the grieving part of this video really hit me. I lost my dog of 14 years who was the love of my life & anyone who knows me knows I loved more than anything in this world. As he was passing away & after all he did was fight and argue with me, not support me, didn’t even offer condolences, check on me, nothing & then when he passed and I’m grieving he went crazy & started screaming at me, calling me names, constantly engaging in arguments & making everything about him and his feelings, blocked me on everything and broke up with me. This happened 3 months ago & I still can’t believe what happened. He tried to come back 6 weeks later & apologize but then tried to flip everything on me like I was trying to get back with him. He’s broken up with me 4x & makes me feel irs always my fault. I don’t “respect him” “my behavior will never change”, etc. meanwhile I’m the one in therapy & doing all of this healing and he tries to talk down to me like he’s superior and way further along in his healing & doing so great. He just broke up with me again over a week ago & blocked me on everything, told me he can’t have me in my life because I’m “unhealthy” & he’s done for good. Still not caring about my feelings or caring I’m still deeply grieving. I’m trying so hard to break this cycle and move on with my life. Like you. I always found myself running after him & apologizing when I’ve never acted that way before. It’s the weirdest/ hardest thing because despite how bad they are you still miss them & care for them. I’ve never felt this way with a man ever & am working on building up my confidence & self esteem again. People don’t understand unless they’ve been through it.

It's the thumbnail for me 😂Yeah, I can relate as I had a string of guys that really didn't want anything except to see what I was doing in my private life and why I was so content when they met me.

When you said South Carolina, I knew the level of narcissism is at an all time high! I’ve experienced the most indescribable trauma dealing with the men here, especially my most recent ex/ child’s father… whewww

OOOOHHHHHH Is it a South Carolina thing? Chile! I think it may be the whole East Coast at this point. SMH. I'm Glad my husband is from the Midwest! So sorry you went through this, and I pray for continued peace! Always choose you first because when dealing with a narcissist, they will always find you at fault, so ignore the noise and focus on you!

@@SourLossSweetLessons Yes !!! They’re very low vibrational and lack accountability down here! I find it that the ones raised without fathers have it the worst. Definitely will continue putting me first. I’m gaining a peace that I’ve never experienced in my entire life, simply by separating myself. ❤️ Thank you for this video !!!

I reconciled with my old college sweetheart from over 25 years ago. He was good to me back then. Anyway we start over & he knows I serve Christ. He said he was attempting to do same & he was abstinent as well from sex. Sis..it's a long story but he bullied & coerced me to have sex. I didn't even want him in my apartment alone with me. I was so hurt. Devastated mostly because he BLAMED me! I began date rape proceedings with police but they punished ME! My ex was a narc. He treated me like garbage and I nearly had a complete breakdown.

Hey love, I went deep into therapy and still ended up in more bad relationships. Apparently I didnt full learn my lesson after this relationship ended in 2017. I didnt get it right until 2021 when I started dating my husband who was a longtime friend that I met in a wedding from years before. And in truth I was so traumatized that I probably wouldnt have given him a chance if he wasnt a friend of my one of my best friends. She vouched that he was a good guy which is the only reason I gave him a chance. I would highly suggest you go into therapy, lots of pray and reflection if you are healing from a situation like this. Where I went wrong is I never took a real break from dating to re-evaluate. Also lean on friends and family, read books about healing. There is a book called "My Grandmothers Hands" and "Forgiving What You Can't Forget' that are great books to help you in the process of healing. Also a podcast called "Homecoming Podcast" by Dr. Thema that has great episodes about healing from trauma. Hope that helps!

Here’s the thing that women need to realize is that you are the prize and I say that sincerely and lovingly❤️🙏🏾 ladies you have to really love yourselves in value your selves🥰 and with value yourselves comes having values especially moral values which have unfortunately just gone by the wayside because everybody just wants to appease their flesh without seeking God‘s best for their lives😘😇❤️ Sex outside of marriage is is sinful it’s wrong and it should not be practiced at all by people who sincerely regard themselves Christians! I do not have sex nor have I had sex with men that I am not married to my husband has been the only one because that’s God’s law regarding sex and sexual expression! it’s not popular but it’s righteous ❤️😘 ladies be blessed and loved by God and remember true love waits❤️❤️🥰 this reminds me of bringing up Bates series which I love because it shows Christians living gods righteous and pure values and the goodness is flows from living godly and receiving goodness with blessings from God❤️
