1010 used to be the Pan Am building, most if which was occupied by Pacific Telephone in the '70s.

By law these new apartment buildings have to have apartments for low income and section 8 tenants
Looks nice very modern but would never afford to live there.
who can afford living there? how much income you need to have at least $150K per year? Also, with all the homeless on the streets in downtown LA, no thank you.
Building more apartment buildings like this will decrease rent. If LA built more apartment buildings like this there would be less homeless and lower rent prices. But the city council is run by NIMBYS, which needs to change.
LA needs to demolish the old buildings outside of the city center and building apartment/condo buildings. Decrease rent prices and help the homeless.
