Cassette Tape Surgery - Lead Tape Twisted?!

I picked up a copy of King Tuff’s The Other on cassette today and noticed the lead tape was twisted, like someone put one side in backwards and didn’t check to see if the tape wad straight. I worked up the courage to break it open and fix it. Enjoy!

same thing happened to me with a brand new old stock Exploited album, but I just don't have the skill to repair it...the felt pad fell off, the twist just transferred over to the middle of the tape when I tried to rewind it, it's just a nightmare...going to try to just transfer over a fresh roll of tape off a blank tape and record over it
