The most common blank cassette in the world (esp the D90). They will sound fine on a good deck, little or no biasing needed. They even work well on 2 head decks. This is final generation of genuine TDK D (1997-2002) before Imation took over and will take levels of +5 with no issues.

I never saw even one TDK without red tape clips and screws in the 80's and 90's, and I have hundreds of them. Were those even made by the same factory anymore?
A comment from @Pcorf Creations about a year ago did these are the final generation from 1997-2002. I don't know much about where they were made, but I guess there were Ds made in multiple factories worldwide.
