Where's Spart? I was there in 81' on the tour, with Spart, Jeremy Williams, Ton Deken, the legend boys from Piha including Gary Pike, Ratso, Richard Langdon, Viv Tracey and the Glover boys, pretty epic time, being from Bondi I was hanging out with Paul Cram RIP. Everyone was friendly and we went all over the joint, surfed much of the North Island, right up to Kaitaia, even surfed a comp near Whangarei at an epic little right riverie, maybe Pataua. Also surfed a place north of Gisborne, one of the bays, big steep cliff to get down after a run through the bull paddocks. There were like a 3 point wave/ledge right hander set up. All the boys over there helped me amp, lot's of good energy. I was riding for HB so Derek and a couple of the other riders kept me on the straight and narrow, straight, maybe not.... 🤣
Kia ora Thank you for showing my memories Aetearoa you are beautiful Trinity roots know that and they let you on that secret if you are willing to listen
The mountain backdrop has certainly chanced since I was last in Whanga.
Rolling up and seeing waves like this and nobody out is a goof day.
OMG that's the sickest lil setup i've ever seen !!!
I literally can't watch a surfing video without getting goosebumps all over me" ?! Great video!
love the title, throwing off people by a few kms 😂

@@ChoedanKal fires, go in nw swell s wind
Given the length of the NZ Coast statistically there has to be a few good waves.
beautiful lily
Motu rivermouth...all welcome.
Even if you named the spot, anyone from away would have to get through the locals first before getting a crack at making the air drop - no mean feat!
What’s the name of the first track dirtcity?
hey bro, life control by lesion
Yeah boi. NZ where ocean meets a stream are best kept secret. No cameras or if you do no backdrops.
