Why only half a face? It's a Native American thing: "Only show half your face." Sort of like Don't show all your cards. Show the world your peaceful half, keeping your warrior half hidden until you are forced to reveal it.
Andrew Arrabito - the man behind Half Face Blades - has Native American heritage, so the concept of Half Face was a natural thing for him. Andrew is a medically retired U.S. Navy SEAL and has a number of other veterans working with him at Half Face Blades so when you buy one of his blades, you are supporting those who served and sacrificed to defend our nation.
