But English medium schools should be criticised because they only teach matters related to mainland India and glorified west. When Assamese students go to mainland they face racism, discrimination and are not able to talk about their own history. Why ccan't we teach Assamese history in English medium schools as well?
That's exactly something I want to ask people too.. I am from seba board, Assamese medium, government school. N my husband belongs to KV. He doesn't know a trace about our pasts n talks all about mughal history. That's one of the reasons why I am making these videos. So that Assamese students who wants to know their roots can get a lil help.

If you can also add the names of the people mentioned on the screen when you mention them it would be easier to remember since most of them are so difficult to pronounce ! Only if you can 🙏🙌
You have provided wrong information regarding the mighty Ahom dynasty... Ahom's are not Han they belong to Tai. Ahom migrated to Assam from Moung Mao Loung presently the Yunnan province of China.
I have told what's written in the book "a history of assam" By sir Edward gait. If it's a wrong information, you can approach Easter publication with sufficient proof. I am just a narrator. This book is a reference book for Civil Service. They should not provide wrong info.

Wrong information about Tai Ahom, Han and Tai's are different ethnic group, and Ahoms follow their own traditional religion, n also wrong information about Tai myth, please do research, study carefully about a tribe before make a history about them, thank you
