Steve, I spent 3 months living out of my car traveling the entire Western United State this Summer, drove almost 20,000 miles and I gotta say St. George was my favorite spot of all. Honestly the perfect size town, people are friendly, conservative state, zero crime.
I'll be moving there once I graduate college, and I look forward to joining your gym!

There weren't that many in Montana and Wyoming though. 5 days without a shower was the longest streak I had.

opening a business is good and bad. But you always need a good bit of working capital on hand to take care of those lean months and unexpected expenses. And yes these people on here travel alot and look like they live a lavish lifestyle,, but looks can be deceiving.

I think it's a great idea for Steve Cook to open up a gym. As a high level athlete and gym rat for physique, he definitely knows the trials that others go through like sharing of squat racks, smith machines or free weights so I'm interested to see what's going to happen next :)
