- "Rikka no kyoki" translates to "the weeping of the snow". Thanks to John Newpeasant for directing my attention to TBS, it's been some time since I last listened to them. I really like this song lyrically and enjoyed translating it.
On a general note, feel free to suggest songs you'd like to see on this channel. Since on my second channel I only upload songs I personally like, there's a chance I won't take the requests, but I'm always curious to hear what you guys like.

Annotations:
"The snow piles up, painting its tale" - "Depicting its tale" or "describing its story" would also work, however I opted for the original meaning of the word ("paint"), given the context that the verbs "coloring" and "dyeing" are also mentioned in the song.
"Coloring the city in stillness - To hide its impurities" - Or "coloring [...] in silence". "Impurities" can also be translated as the more extreme "uncleanness" or "defilement", but more about the latter in the next annotation.
"I dreamed dreams that knew defilement" - What I translated here as "defilement" is technically the same word as "impurities", however a different kanji is used in this line, pushing the meaning more towards "dirt", making it much stronger, like "disgrace" or "defilement". "Knew" is used in the sense of "got to experience".
"Having been able to pitifully love each other" - This is a bit of a creative translation, but hear me out. The kanji that is used for the verb in this sentence means "pity", "sorrow", "misery", but it's usually never used as a verb like this. When only given the reading, so when you only listen to the song without seeing the written lyrics, it sounds exactly like "to love". That is why I think Jin wanted this line to simply sound like "we loved each other", adding the meaning of how sad, sorrowful this love was when looking at the written lyrics. I didn't want either meaning to get lost completely, so I opted for "pitiful love".
The background vocals starting at 5:55 don't seem to have official lyrics, but I hear it as "I saw you" (君を見た), probably once again referring to the dream.

It is such a shame that they disbanded, and people do not talk about them, basically at all. I would hate for bands like this to be forgotten.

I'm happy you like it! And no need to feel like you owe me, I enjoyed translating it and it's always up to me whether to do something or not :) I checked out the mini album you recommended. The title song isn't so much for me, but "Tensei shitara 'JIN' datta ken" really impressed me. Been listening to it all day! "Musubime" is also nice. So good to see that Jin is still following his vision, now together with other ex.TBS members and ex.SCREW members.
@@KayaDai2 I am glad that you enjoyed at least some of it. Musubime is another song, that I am glad is ending an album. Tenseishitara 「Jin」 datta Ken is amazing. Over all this mini album is something I have not heard before. When I listened to it for the first time, I was not sure if I like it more than their first mini album. I remember I woke up the day after, and listened to it again, it was Sunday morning, sun was shining just right, almost nobody was outside on the streets. That was the moment the album made sense for me, and since that day, I have it connected to that imagery and feeling. I have a feeling that moments like this can change how we perceive music. Taking a walk while listening to something, that sometime makes me appreciate something I was not sure about at first. I think a lot of people underestimate this when it comes to music.

Yes, I'm familiar with both bands! From ゲシュタルト乙女 I recently really like 生まれ変わったら and the song you sent by a crowd of rebellion is also part of a playlist I regularly listen to. Good picks!
