    0:16, Fun Fact: During this emotional speech about the misrepresentation of native Americans in film and television, an angry John Wayne was backstage being held back by 6 men, as he was seeking to rush the stage and remove the native speaker of whom he believed wasn't a real native, but rather a hired actor as part of a political charade set up by Marlon Brando.
    Marlon was puzzled by the revelation of this, as he was anticipating that everyone would at least be willing to allow her to speak.

      Jim Carrey also snogged the heck out of Alicia Silverstone onstage without her consent. It also was worse.
      Halle berry is the worst offender. She didn’t just snog Jamie Foxx, she grabbed his crotch and rubbed her hand all over. This was the worst offending sexual assault all on tv!

He trapped her head with his hand, she couldn't even pull away or defend herself, and still had to keep a cool attitude for the camera. I would've cried if someone did that to me. Only a woman who has been harassed can understand that disgusting feeling of someone invading their space. I don't mean to compare these moments, but I genuinely felt bad and empathized with her situation there. She had to pretend to act cool, when she must have felt so uncomfortable with Adrien basically sexually assaulting her, while the audience awkwardly laughed and no one could go up there and help her, it was all so sudden. When I saw this, I kept thinking what I would feel if that happened to me and I was on camera.

      Actors kiss each other all the time though. Generally is not a big deal for them, kissing is even a common joke you see in the behind the scenes and the bloopers footage and is usually clearly consensual. For anyone who doesn't know their election history, the Supreme Court literally picked the president in Bush v. Gore, rather than do a final recount. You can look up for yourself who'd have won that recount.

    • @glw5166
      @glw5166 2 года назад

      So true. Gore would have won. That was a time when a politician accepted defeat gracefully. Gore could have done like Trump is doing now and fought throughout Bush's first four years because he really did win. But he put country first and moved on. As far as the GOP goes today, that grace is non-existent. If anyone in the GOP loses, they scream that the election was rigged. Unreal.

    The yelling, the assault and then the entire academy clapping is the most outrageous act of violence I have ever seen. This is so perverse, so damaging that I have no words. The youth shooting the youth is not a youth problem. It's a society problem. Here, we have a " idol" clearly violating the law, and getting standing ovation 😱. How are you going to " explain" to the teens at school that this was not for " real"??/ How is this not immediately attended, will smith escorted out, and security involved. Not only was will smith not sorry, he then yelled and insulted the poor Chris with horrible anger and rage. How is this OK??? You realize that this is how youth gets educated.

      @@kitty-vk8ic- Whether or not you think “he deserved it” regarding Chris Rock being smacked across his face by Will Smith during a live, internationally broadcast tv show - likely causing *him* to be humiliated more than the Smiths were by his joke - by law, Will Smith committed a battery. California law clearly states that “mere words are *not* sufficient to provoke a battery.”(Emphasis mine). I don’t know about assault. The 1st Amendment and Will and Jada Smith being ‘public figures’ are *major* factors, too.
