For those still embracing the simplicity of iOS9, equivalent tweaks or tested working are: 1: BatteryFlow (bigboss repo) 2: DarkCC (bigboss) 5: Iconizer (bigboss) 6: NoBlur (bigboss) 7: MusicMod (bigboss) 9: Navaway (works ios 9.0.2) 1; Safareaderscroll 13/14: Transference And little addition of my own: Compatimark - When searching Cydia shows a gold shield next to apps compatible with your version of iOS. Some of the tweaks above really didnt agree with my version of iOS/existing tweaks, a few crashes when enabling NoBlur and Navaway.

Gotta uninstall the jailbreak completely using the tool from tweakbox same place you found the multi path one. Then redo the jailbreak from scratch. Step one all over, whatever that was for you. I used the new ipa from Electra and used cydia impactor. I had the same problem today hope his helps you.
You don't need jailbreak tweaks for that. Theres already Shortcuts made, check the subreddit, or get RUclips premium which removes video ads and lets you download videos
