GOING TO THE FARM | MAKING APPLE CAKE

Ingredients
1/4 lb melted butter
1/4 lb Brown sugar
1/4 lb all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
A pinch of salt
1 tsp mixed essence
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 apples thinly sliced
Baked in a 250 degree oven for 55 minutes

Good night guys, it was a nice drive to the farm. I was invited to go apple picking today, but my schedule didn't allow me. I flew in from Ireland and I was exhausted. The apple cake is really beautiful and looks satisfying. ❤👍🏽👍🏽💪💪🙏🙏💯💯🇬🇾🇬🇾

Thank you sis, I took the sponge cake idea and add apples to it with my creative minds kicking in and made that cake 😂. Natalie is much better but have a cough still . Thank you for asking 🙏
