Even if the govt. isn't corrupted. Poppies will still be cultivated. I'm not taking the side of our corrupted leaders but producing drugs which harms other people especially youths is not a good thing. Just because of wanting a govt. Job which requires a shitload of money doesn't justify producing drugs. There are other ways to earn money which doesnt include drugs or illegal activities.

And I know people are not perfect and can never be perfect but it doesn't hurt to do good whereas doing bad things just hurts yourself as well as others. So think about it.....
1. State govt. Need to look after the functions of all govt. high schools n higher secondary which is under govt. ( Any schools n colleges both valley n hills must be monitor including teachers)
2. Recruitment of any job must be filter
3. Corruption n bribery should be stop
( Biggest problem in Manipur is all about education n jobs, nothing to shout loud or too sentimental, as sir hejang said find out the root cause, everything will b ok automatically)
