I think it's so cool to see that with the Audrey dress they made a completely different outfit with the black dress and white blouse and both with the same pattern! Talk about versatile 😊
Considering the cost of patterns these days it’s great to see the designers providing such good value with the number of options provided on their patterns, love the choices today Kate ✂️🧵🪡💕
I love the top your wearing. I have seen you have a couple in that style. Did you make theme yourself? Maybe you can do a show and tel on theme and maybe patterns and tecnics to get the style. And type of fabrics❤. Allways enjoy to watch this channel and shop at the foldline. Thanks for sharing 😊
Kate, love the new patterns this week! if you’re wearing a ready made blouse, could you do a find-the-pattern segment for it? You’re really good at that!
Thank you - sadly it's a RTW top this week! but this is pattern is close: thefoldline.com/products/mccalls-tops-and-tunic-m7324?_pos=158&_fid=c0ae2f03c&_ss=c
If anyone likes the look of the Silver Saga Eleonora dress but would like to make it with and without sleeves, and it's not within your budget to buy two separate patterns for a total of over £40, check out the Nina Lee Holland Park pattern. It's pretty similar and has sleeve, sleeveless and tie strap variations. Not available on The Foldline yet, but hopefully will be soon...?
Hello and welcome! This is a close match if you added the ruffle on the sleeve: thefoldline.com/products/mccalls-tops-and-tunic-m7324?_pos=158&_fid=c0ae2f03c&_ss=c
Fashion, it repeats itself and as much as I wanted to see more coverage and less skin the swing to the opposite is huge. Sadly the current shapes coming out are so unflattering to me personally. Guess I will be sitting out a spell. There will be fashion that answers the need to lovely, feminine, functional and smart…. It is currently not that fo me.
Rather sorry to see that Sew Over It has lost its strong suit in vintage style and ebook wardrobes. Random pieces without Lisa’s overall fashion vision seems a loss to the brand.

I know it's such a great idea isn't it
Like the Maeve blouse and the Comillas dress a lot! (The Kaiko top is the kind of thing that makes me run screaming.)

Couldn't agree more it's so great and really inspiring

This one I didn't make but I do love that pop over style! Thought this would be a great option if you added the ruffle at the sleeve

I really like your white blouse. It looks so lovely on you.
It would be so nice if you sell the pattern that you are wearing as well.
Thank you - sadly it's a RTW top this week!

Audrey dress: brilliant variations. Note: ties at cuffs can be enjoyed dipping into your tea or lunch for snacks later. 😁
😂
this made me laugh A LOT!!
Sew Over It are doing kits for the totepack too, which I think is a great idea so you don’t have to worry about all the bits and pieces!

There's a bundle available in Etsy, but in general they are more pricey!
It's on the list! Great idea
Hi, new subscriber here -
Is there a pattern for the lovely white blouse/dress that you are wearing here, Miss Kate?
Thank you for this!

It's so cute isn't it!
❤❤❤
Love a wrist tie until I’m working over my gas cooker burners….uh, no thanks!
Have you ever posted an apron pattern?
We have a great selection of apron patterns to look at! thefoldline.com/collections/accessories-aprons
have you made your blouse, please? if yes, which pattern did you use for it?
It's a ready-to-wear one I'm afraid! 🫣

Yes it's all a cycle and it's a case of waiting it out till the next round.. or sewing your own so you can make whatever you like!
