great video man, will be practicing this strategy on demo for a couple months. Quick question, should this strategy be traded same times as a normal candle stick strat? For example, trading AU in NY session? or should i just watch the markets all day? Also what Block count do you recommend for scalping, still 100? Also would you get in a trade at the open or close of the renko brick?

@@markobazu4348 i stoped using it. Didnt work well for cryptocurrency swingtrade. But if you like to find resistence and support lvl, this tool is helpfull to understand the lvl’s.
I prefer it as accumulating tool. If you looking for long bullrun, i think this tool is usefull. But i dont recommanded as daytrading. It usefull for long run

@@geor664 renko ot tradingview does not work,because it's not supported. Tradingview works only with timeframes,renko has no timeframe, it's pure price action

You might like to mention that the choice of Renko bar size is a balance between the amount of noise reduction (the larger the Renko bar size, the greater the hysterisis and hence the greater the noise filtering) and on the down side the larger the bar size, the more of the begining of a trend you sacrifice.

That's the whole point - time dimension is removed, un-warping/un-distorting pure price action. Set renko brick size according to each security, futures contract or FX pair

No. Renko charts don't print on a set time frame, but rather on a set price movement (eg - every $100 +/-). You can see the price block size at the end of the heading on the chart [the last number inside the brackets].

@@SamLozanorenko bricks aren't based off time. I would look at the underlying you're trading and determine the price level for each brick as it fits into the current market movement/conditions

Hi great video! I am wondering do you need to have 2 different charts up e.g one Japenese candles and one Renko up to use Renko?I have heard that it will not process the Candlestick data on Renko unless you have 2 go different going. I am on Tradinview/Oanda. Thank you in advance.
I have the TradingView Pro + plan and I don't have this issue, maybe on basic plan there are some limitations.
