Sai garu what u said makes good sense. Im reminded of Ganhi's stature during freedom struggle. He has committed many blunders is undisputed. It culm9nated in Nehru being nominated as PM inspite of his not getting a single vote due to Gandhi's dictates!!! Had Patel become india's PM as per the democratic norms, (even for the short period he survived) India wouldn't have faced such insurmountable problems like Kashmir, China, first amendment of the constitution withe Hindu code bill (while leaving Muslims to their voluntarily reforming themselves) and worst of all erasing the crucial role played by several revolutionaries who sacrificed their lives, taking full credit for achieving freedom, the way Bose and INA wastreated_ to quote a few _ wouldn't have happened!!!
