For the people who are trying to change the brush size manually and it's not working, you need to press the + key on the Numpad (the one on the right side of your keyboard if you have one), not the one on top of your keyboard.

For the grid one you can just press ctrl + g then it will show the grid you wont have to zoom in all the way

I also have a tip for manually filling out spaces in any shape depending on your preference, Pick a color on "color 2", use the selection tool, then right click it, and you'll see one of the options "delete", press "delete" and then itll automatically fill in the space inside the selection! Idk what this could be used as but hey, lemme know if it was actually helpful, I just found out about this

I just discovered that if you draw a vertical line and you scale the image orizontally and vertically in the shading trick it mixes the colours.
