- Sleeper the cat’s Cinderella story is one for the books. Once a stray, Sleeper found a whole new life as the mascot of a school in western Turkey, once the students discovered him. Sleeper had to take some additional steps to make sure she was healthy enough for the task, but once Sleeper was cleared, abundant hugs and cuddles awaited the pet. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.

Really? My mother in law taught English in Kayseri for a few years. She said most of the residents she was around were deathly afraid of cats. They were looked upon as vermin. She adopted a few strays and her fellow teachers acted as if she was housing gutter rats as pets
Not only cats but dogs too. Theres a viral video of stray dogs playing with eachother on the sidewalks and they look healthy because the locals take care of them.

If every single school across the globe had an emotional support cat in class, school stress, bullying and school shooters would cease to exist.
You know. I think your outcome would actually be possible.
School Shooters for example, they would have a non judgmental being that relies on them. Distracting them from dark thoughts, providing and forcing social interactions, and proving warmth. Schools should really try this cat idea.
