Bro, I really love your channel and we are proud to be Mercedes owner. I have lots of lesson I learned from your blog. Peace brother!!!
I am happy that people are liking my videos
I will keep making more and more hoping I can make more people into Mercedes’
Great video, have you had any problems with it since install? Is there any chatter from it?
It is running great
Could you explain how you installed the dowels a bit more in depth? I have a c32 AMG myself and I’m doing a clutch delete on my pulley very similar to yours very soon You mentioned building the pulley before install with the washer attached to the pulley. Do you put the dowels in the pulley first and leave a bit sticking out for the washer to fit on?
Yes they just drop in
Hey man I have been following and subscribed to you for awhile now. I have a question. Where did you wire your boost gauge and air fuel gauge to get the reading for low voltage. I got an Srt 6.
That custom intake setup with the conical filters in the very front is awesome, love it. You should sell those!
that set up is not perfect to sell
but I am glad you like it I am happy and I can say I made it my self lol
Quick question about your dowel pins install I actually install my dowel pins into the pulley first leaving enough of the pin out to install the cap and then lined up the supercharger shaft where the pins should go and installed the pulley and torqued down the bolt probably do a test drive Saturday seems pretty solid
Do you see all that oil on your magnetic clutch? that's your culprit!!!!! That's why your SC kept engaging and disengaging! its pretty much slipping! I am glad i found your video on how to pull the clutch and entire assembly off without damaging it! I am going to clean it up and see!
Hey Adam,
Quick question:
How is the 65mm clutch delete pulley working for you? Any damages to your engine? Is this car driven daily or is it a track car? I have a C32 with all the mods you have except I still have original SC pulley. I went with needs wings 178 crank but thinking of the the stack set up if the 178 and 65 but not sure if clutch delete is a good idea
still daily the car and race it a lot
no engine problems my set up is the 178 and the 65 and the car pulley and still a great daily
Nice info and tutorial. I installed this with a tune and this car is a beast now 💪. My front seal went out as well and about to install it tomorrow. Is that seal a pretty straight forward install.to.do. Any tips?? Thanks for the vid
Yes very easy to do But mine was leaking a little after so I up graded the seal to Jon Bond Performance. And love it
Cocker spaniels crack me up.
I am still working on getting my fixed pulley tuned one tune VTech sent was killing power to my rcm and fuel pump figure that out a new pump and rcm later I came to the conclusion after 5 revisions my 550cc injectors isn't enough for a 181/63 nih manifold setup 630s on the way
Nice
What’s a better setup 181/63 or 178/70? I want to do a build to get the max power
Okay...weird. I followed your instructions and ordered the pulley from VTech and have messed up my order twice now.. once by sending me a tuning cable and now, sending me a fixed pulley that requires the drum to stay on...also without the pins...
Did I miss something? Their response each way takes a few days
I would say hit him up
I noticed you still have those $300 bucket seats, how have they held up? I'm interested in getting the same set myself
ummmm just ok not a big fan
You need esp off, preferably dyno mode on, to make full power bro. You just need thick tires, or drag radials are the best
Dude what? Dyno mode? My sl55 has dyno mode? O.o
@@awztattoos1472 oh yes. Esp only turns off traction control, not stability, so you turn on dyno mode and you will have full power no interruptions
Do you still have the magnet drum? Are the two friction discs still intact? How much would you want for it, if so?
I have it But using it for a random project
@@Nd_72 I take it thats a "no sale" ?
What app are you using for on board monitoring dude?
Dash command
Have you noticed any bucking or like the cars still in boost when you let off the gas I have a srt6 an was thinking about a clutchless pully but was told it would buck an almost be like you was on the gas when slowing down cause it was in boost
No are other people
@@Nd_72 none that I know personally just something I heard my buddy has one with fbo an smaller clutched pulley he was told the clutchless pulley would cause that but your videos seem to show otherwise just trying to figure out what’s best thanks for the informative videos on this pretty unknown platform
Did you figure out if the bucking was true for the SRT-6 I have a 2005 that came with the erocharged ECU and 65mm tune and I'm thinking of going clutch less and switching over to V-tech tune
hey buddy, I have a 2002 e320 and I want to know if I can put a c32 supercharger in my e320 since I think the have the same m112 engine? if not do you know any turbos that would fit?
Blood motor sports can do a turbo
I have a c32 thinking of running meth any thoughts?
I use it for a turbo car no intercooler...the meth is the intercooler works great
What brand puller did you use because I got one from harbor freight and I'm having no luck whatsoever I've been two days trying to get this hub off I'm about to if something up any advice
It was from Amazon and are you using heat
@@Nd_72 I went to Lowe's and got the map gas and but never got the pop I heated and turned my puller until it got hard heated and turned about 20mins it was off I was shock how easy it was I was waiting on a pop but never got one thanks but 181/63 on the way
@@Nd_72 also the harbor freight puller will wrk just got to trim one of the edges on the arm down
what is the difference on a clutch delete pulley and fixed pulley?
Lighter
Power right away
And no more blown out bearing
@@Nd_72 okay which one do you suggest on a daily
@@jasse5602 fixed
If you're doing a fixed pulley make sure you have upgraded, cooling pump. As running a fixed pulley runs hotter than a clutch pulley
What is that belt type never seen it for sale anywhere. Looking for stronger like kevlar etc..
Rob from needswings got it for me. He is a great guy tell him you saw my video
Hi friend. I have a SLK32 amg. I'm looking for the pulley with the belt and the intake
@verin7construcciones
@fabiodanielamg
Hey i have c32 amg and im watching for smaller pulley for supercharger, what diameter the stock is? I can buy it!
I think stock is 74 and yes I have a stock one for sale and a 65mm one for sale
Will it be worth it put this supercharger on my 01 e320
Could be
don't mess with it only amg engines are forged normal ones will go wrong they cant resist and supercharger labor all that you might as well sell the e320 put bit more money on other old powerful benz
@@hrachtorosyan9852 fyi the m112 can hold well over 125 more hp. I made lots of videos with my slk320 that I drive around with 125 shot and it still is going strong. Look up my slk videos it is cool and fun
What was the weight difference ?
Where you getting other gasket from ?
J b performance
@@Nd_72
I guess you didn’t weigh the difference between magnet clutch pulley vs just clutchless pulley
is the pulley aluminum or steel?
Aluminum
Do you still have that 65mm pulley? I'll buy it. Let me know.
No sorry
@@Nd_72 I need your expertise here. For some weird reason, my supercharger stopped working. I started troubleshooting the issue as follows.
1. The pump is working perfect
2. Pump fuse is fine
3. AIT sensor is brand new (just installed last week)
4. The spacing between the clutch and the pulley is fine.
My last guess is checking if there's power in the harness connecing to the clutch. Any help!!!
Do you have any codes @@AR_4Foglio
No video on how to remove the belt... That all I came here for and figured you'd show it.
Can I put that supercharger on my 2001 SLK320?
Sure with some mods
@@Nd_72 what all would i have to do?
@@BYG0 will have to look into it
Give me sometime maybe I will but one on my death kart
The guy Euro charged said that engine makes more power with a bigger crank pulley, injectors and meth. This is interesting though👍🏼
Ooo I will be adding more boost and injectors soon
Yes a crank pulley will make more than a supercharger pulley but when you stack pulleys and add nitrous it's wicked
@@waltscrossfiresrt6 lol I will say the m112 loves nitrous
can i use this pulley on a crossfire srt 6?
yes
loos like you are from orlando area... i got sl55 and i need some help pm me if you have some time
Lol
