Everyone thought maybe Dan was building a dinisty after this Season. Nope. The end 74 season was a disaster completely lost the lockerroom. Too bad they had some good players. No QB
The Packer domination lasted one season as the Vikings drafted Chuck Foreman in 73' and #44 and #10 went on to win 3 NFC Championships ... but lose in 3 SB appearances.
@@chuckyoder5765 I now chuck only played until 79 but really 77 was his last good year. He should ba a hall of famerI'm not a vikings fan that dude was a heck of a back. Maybe he just didn't play long enough
Pat Summeral giving the narration. I was 12 when this was played.

I was 13. Good old days

As a Viking fan I can safely say........John Brockington was a beast.
Back when everyone just assumed the Vikings would get their SB win. Boy, were they all wrong.
Have not been back to the Super Bowl since they moved indoors.. They been close , but no cigar. 😒
Even back in 1972 the calls were crap. Pass interference? When the defensive back falls down?? Now you know games were fixed back in the 70's.
It's too bad Devine couldn't keep it going like this
