I have never heard of that vedic shakha and I believe it doesn't exist. By the way I know of an astrology school which is based on brihat parashara horaa. But people who follow this belongs to different vedic shakhas. My gotra is parashara, I am a Rigvediya shakhi and I belong to no astrological schools. Please don't equate school of astrology with vaidika shakha. I have asked you to ensure, if you know veda in order to certify the speaker's knowledge.

The podcast should have displayed Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's picture when the Swami referred to his Guru. Instead, several images popped up, including Nehru, which was confusing. It's crucial to highlight the lineage through which this wisdom blossomed (Parampara). Nowadays, people are often confused about finding the right Guru due to the prevalence of fake gurus who rely on glamour rather than genuine connections. This discussion demonstrates the profound wisdom one can gain from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. However, I felt that the Parampara (lineage) wasn't given appropriate attention, especially considering how the discussion began.
Well, Sri Sri Ravishankar himself has never acknowledged having a Guru. He has never acknowledged having an initiated parampara. So talking about parampara in this particular case would be a bit hypocritical. And don’t name Maharshi Mahesh yogi because he doesn’t actually acknowledge him.
