@DaniChocky the problem may ne caused by a lot of reasons - defective chip, reached page counter for the cartridge, cartridge mismatch... Although there is toner in it if you have printed the pages for the capacity it will turn 0%.
DO NOT use the vacuum cleaner on the toner: its particles are so small that they cannot be held by any vacuum cleaner filter and probably even the cyclone type has a low efficiency so you end up using the vacuum cleaner as a blower, contaminating the air you breath and the cleaner itself

If you replace the chip it will work for a while but be careful because there is no much toner in the cartridge. Better replace the cartridge.

As you mentioned the the cyan cartridge shows 0 pages left, it stands for the toner cartridge

I use specialized toner vacuum machine. And of course it's not recommended to use regular vacuum cleaner for tone refilling.
