I have been making my own gumpaste for a number of years, and over those years, I have tried at least 8 different recipes. I have never been 100% satisfied with a homemade recipe until this one. I can not sing its praises high enough! It is AMAZING! and BEAUTIFUL! to work with. It rolls extremely thin, is durable, and takes on the definition of my silicone molds extremely well. My search is over! Thank you for being so generous and kind to share such a treasure!
