Jari is going to royally piss off everyone again if the next album isn't Time 2. He should at least throw us a bone and release a studio version of The Way of the Fire. We've already heard it live, and everyone absolutely loves it. Though I'm still going to buy the next album regardless. Even if it's not Time 2, it will probably still be great.
Teemu truly is unbelievably good... This solo has got to be one of the hardest I can think of and to play it this cleanly live is unconceivable... Few guitarists out there can match his skills when it comes to playing on the stage.
They were in our city some years ago... Easily the most thrilling concert ever!!! I went with my brother and this remained one of my most precious memories of the good old times with him.

Considering Jari is 44yrs old atm and other bandmembers are not so young either anymore and they are also "fleeing from the nest", I doubt there wont be any quick turns or much of pressure to release anything NEVER again. I'm pretty sure we already saw the last album from these guys (TFS) and the absolute peak and I personally think there aren't anymore to come. They (=Jari) might try to milk some more money from stupid fans with upcoming "fundraisers" but maybe this time fans are clever enough and dont buy it anymore... Just remember we gave him 400k€ to get some music few years back. That is A LOT of money.. Dont get me wrong, I too would LOVE to get more Wintersun music! Jari is just too perfectionist what comes to music and all projects will not ever be ready for release anymore. Maybe 2039.... Yeah! The deal was that the foundraise was to build a studio to make more music. Was the studio built? He's been asking for money since the end of the first album. Back then it's cause he didn't have a powerful enough computer. Then the studio. Now he asks for bitcoins. And pdople keep giving them. Imagine you have a "job". You get your wage but you don't actually need to do anything. Will you ever work?

I love Wintersun but they somehow lost the magic when Jari decided not to play guitar anymore at shows. It was something so special and spectacular seeing him shred that it makes me really sad that this is over. I believe i understand Jari's perspective and vision for the band and i respect that but this was in my opinion the wrong decision. No direspect against Asim, he's an incredible guitarist and seems to fit really good in the band. (Where is he in the video btw?) And Teemu is with no doubt one of the best guitarist of the 21st Century so far but man.. Jari focusing on vocals and leaving the guitar behind is like the best knight puts his sword aside to hunt sheeps with a bow or something like that. The best guitarist in this world decides to focus on vocals.. makes no sense to me. Anyways.. i will always enjoy their old and hopefully new music regardles of my opinion about that live picture of Wintersun. I love you guys, really! PS: Time II when? :o)

Certainly milked this album for all it's worth, 18 years later and still nothing on this level since. No shorter songs, no excitement! TFS sounds like someone trying to imitate Jari, badly. 5 minute verses? Oof.
@@gdforerunner5303 It takes everything that is great about Wintersun and dilutes it to the extreme. These are 6-7 minute songs stretched to 13-14 minutes. Very few ideas stretched and repeated endlessly.... and the production is bad too, drums sound horrible. Many smaller bands do better with even less.
The intro riff to this song is one of the best riff Ive ever heard. Bring a tear to my eye how good that riff is.
