@@donttrip1818over 10-12 years with the organization. Nolan (striped Seahawks shirt) is John Schnider’s assistant GM. He will likely be his successor unless he ends up getting a GM position with another organization prior to that change. He’s already had front office offers from other organizations.

I'm just going to say: I love the transparency that this team has showed us this offseason. No they aren't telling us exactly what they are planning to do but you can tell they have a process and they are still working away at it. If our last 2 drafts are a hint, we can expect another stellar draft in 2024 from this scouting team of OGs & JSMM

The amount of work JS and these guys must've put in with scouting and roster construction under a short-notice coaching change must've been insane. My expectations are high for next year, but this year I give them a pass with the rookie HC, DC, and an OC that has no NFL experience. As long as the roster looks right and the scheme's are fully installed going into next year, I'd be thrilled with 7 wins this year.

Makes me appreciate the myriad of factors that are at play when a player is drafted. I would love to hear their thoughts about late round pick/UFDA who becomes who turnout to be elite players. Are they identifying something other teams aren’t?

Anyone that knows how the nfl works in terms of running a team knows that it generally takes about 5 years to establish a foundation and build upon it. We need to treat Coach Mike and the staff like Detroit did MCDC. Patience and trust the process will fall into place. I don’t think it will take as long as Detroit to develop into a championship contender but same philosophy should be applied from a judgement standpoint from fans. Keep in mind, even if these guys make some mistakes, they know a lot more about football than anyone that’s ever commented on a Seahawks video or any fan. Give it time. You’ll see the results pay off.
