This episode had me glued from start to finish....was even listening during the tail end of my workout too. One thing they touched upon was regarding to your face how it can tie to your emotion and to your own body and how you feel. I feel there is a lot more to explore in that and believe that is something that can be utilized. My guy Eliud Kipchoge is known to do that during his marathons, training, etc, you notice him smiling throughout and its bizarre but i feel he is mentally altering how his body is feeling to push through the pain and it seems to really work for him
As a guy from Hawai'i and the same age as Bill, this interview was priceless. Especially the Kikaida references, you have no idea just how accurate this is!!!
Love this episode! Hearing Bill talk about how he faced Cancer is very eye opening and motivating - he overcame it with a stoicism and I think can be a lesson to us all!
I learned a lot from this guy. Great podcast. Also, I think your guest was referring to Steve Maxwell as the person who spoke of actual strength vs. demonstrations of strength. This was on a Rogan podcast.
1-5 sets of 15 air squats or reverse lunges, 10 push-ups or dips, and 5 chin-ups or pull-ups every morning treated no differently than brushing your teeth. Incorporate that routine to your morning routine for 1-3 months and see what happens to your physique and mindset.
Man I completely agree with bill on the waist stuff. Small waists are for girls lol 😂 I’ve always been a leaner guy and I always admired guys who looked like they had 4” thick armoured waist. I really like Chris duffin for example. By the way those 1lb kettlebells are freakin awesome! 🎉
Such potential for complete wash of quality in your comment; but why the small waists are for girls?! What if genetics and/or body type just fits 1 into that physique. Plus most models and fitness stagers try to emulate the slim waists & broad shoulder look; Arnold for example. Also Bill said he liked both slim & trim with obliques AND thicker muscular belts. Most of it for the most part comes down to genetics, training & lifestyle
he should consider more mushrooms lion mane to be exact for that mental clarity and the blank outs and sea moss for muscle recovery, that is what the bushman use here in jamaica
The trampoline running I do the same but in the pool because I don't have a trampoline. I go to the public pool and do exercises like that because I also don't know how to swim.
I do my calisthenics slow, controlled and mindful. Nasal breathing gets me shredded and when my fork breaks that's when I stop. I'm turning 44 and I'm the best shape of my life. Minimalist, effective, efficient training and I train everyday at sometimes twice a day.
@@Jmon808 U obviously can't find something better to do. I'm not talking about the guy in the video numb nuts. the people they were discussing in the begining smh
Bill's approach is the smartest, safest and I believe effective methods for long-term success. Train yourself. Don't drain yourself.
BILL IS A LEGEND
Thank you.
oooo yes he is!!! ❤
Been doing "Bill-type" exercises ever since I seen him with the kettlebells and his pull-up bar in the yard.
Great stuff.

The Male enlargement pump book in the background was a little distracting. What an interesting man, going to try out some of these workouts.

Rasta don't deal in death... aka mushrooms.
But seamoss... widely used among ras and non-ras

I’d love to fight this guy. Then get a beer and analyze the fight together. In our day bill that’s how we learned who was worthy of our friendship.
So sick to hear his back story
Didn’t these people make ivermectin and then took off the market for the pandemic and rebranded brought it back for a way steep price?
