I am surprised you didn't have major problem like total failure, demoulding even the original bumper from the mould. I had much smaller part and less complicated and while I did demould it in about an hour, it was a struggle. I had it coated with liberal amount of easy lease. So you say PVA is better than EL from Easy Composites for this particular project? Or was the price difference between the two?

good shit, watching your videos makes me inspired to get back into composites again! btw have you looked into doing resin infusions?

thank you! yes i have looked at infusion. i am doing it the easiest cheapest way possible. infusion adds extra cost. also i do not require quality that infusion can offer.

Awesome!!!!!! LOVE IT my friend! ❤️ Can I ask please.. Do you buy all your mould making equipment from easy composites or is there a cheaper way to make large moulds? Thanks! I would love to give this a go myself! ❤️

Hi. Thank you. You can buy cheaper polyester resin. Google mould craft. But unlike easy composites it absolutely stinks of styrene. Honestly my health is more expensive to me. And price difference is not very significant.
