I like how it’s balanced between a melodic melody and tactical sound track.
Calm and controlled, serious and calculated.
I like suspenseful and worrying music, if you ever play a survival game sort of like Fallout 3 that's the sort of thing I love. Always got to worry about dangers while you struggle to survive. More examples too such as Third-Man-Syndrome in life-threating situations.

Most will never do it outside video games, but for those who've done it, moved with a purpose, tactically with a group of like-minded and trained guys, nothing will ever come close. I am nearing the end of my time and getting too old for running and gunning. I am slower and not as fluid, but when I can saddle up and move out with my team, I am 19 again (until my body expresses its limitations). Nothing like it.
I’m 33. Been away for about 9 years now. Still have yet to get the feeling again. Nothing can compete with it.
Ran drills with folks but never had to do any live fire applications but i always respected those that have and do

This track is reminiscent of the track called “Spetsnaz,” from “World in Conflict: Soviet Assault.” I also cannot help but speculate how the music might differ depending on wether the soldiers were instead Klingons, or Turians, or Mutons, or Jem’Hadar, or even Yautja.
