Makes me remember the story I once thought when I was a child:
A child was born in the planet Mars after the whole spaceship of a 100 crew got stuck in Mars because they were tricked by NASA. A couple of years later when the child is an adult, he later joined the spaceship named "Xentinal" which will return them back to Earth for revenge. Now with their advance tech they made while on Mars, they invaded Earth in a form of aliens. Now, Earth is battling against their own human-alien kind.

The older soldier locks his weapon and looking into Hell, seeing blood and minions of evil marching their way. Looking back to the young soldier, “Son, be ready to meet what God or Gods you worship, they are about to have company,” in a breathless moment, the two soldiers’ charged into the darkness.

the effective range for an anti-aircraft gun is 35,000-40,000ft, and anti-aircraft cant really target parachutes, so you wont really be dropping through AA fire. Not to mention the ceiling for dropships is somewhere between 50,000 and 70,000ft.
