This build is a beast. It has huge damage potential via seal stacking, procs, and TSS shotgun. (12 second dummy reset with max sigils stacked) It has leech that compares to the best of vitality builds having sigils with 43% adcth.

On the green shield you want one of the Cooldown reduction prefixes. For the suffix and medal mods you want something that gives %elemental damage. This might be a challenge due to the new smart loot system, but even getting one will be a win. The build will function with just about any rolls, as long as you get a cdr prefix on the shield.

Its been so long since I've leveled a character that I cant really comment on it. Spectral bludgeon and rolderathis tome monster in frequents are nice for TSS, and they are accessible somewhat early.

Nice build, but sadly 100% not legit, no way you got these two double-rare MIs legitly, you can farm for a year and these won't drop like that.

yeah.. the build in the video actually isnt even the most optimized version. This is the current one I use www.grimtools.com/calc/4VxpvLeV I was a noob and was trying to use eternity relic with a shield lol. My fastest run is in the 4:20ish range. Definitely still works, but farming a good legit version of the shield might be daunting. A cdr prefix is more or less required, and Im not sure how hard that would be to find with the new smart loot system.
