- My Top 10 Brian May Solos. I think this little collection of guitar solos really highlights what a genius Brian May is, a truly unique guitar player. Technique wise the solos aren't too difficult but his note choice and phrasing is just awesome. His phrasing is something that I find particularly difficult to copy exactly, it's vocal like in how he plays in front of or behind the beat. It's not something I've got 100% right but it's close. Hope you enjoy this medley and thanks for watching.

Thanks. It was all recorded with a BMG treble booster into AmpliTube 5. I slightly modified the Brian May preset that's included with AmpliTube.

You have AmpliTube 5 or AmpliTube 5 max ?
Amplitube 5 max as that was the bundle which included the Brian May presets. You can buy the Brian May pack separately but sometimes there’s good offers on the max version.
