I feel like it would end up the same way it is now, with men who based their social expectations and wants for *real* women off of the low effort and high "reward" they get from fictional women and girls. These guys aren't creeps just because they want a fictional idealized woman, they're creeps because they're trying to force the behavior of fictional women and girls onto real women and girls. (The women *and girls* phrasing is intentional btw, way too many of these creeps are also pedo/hebephiles that try to rationalize and I don't feel like that's talked about enough when their skeezball behavior is brought up.

The funniest thing about the robot wife thing IMO is...do you think women are not gonna get robot husbands? In my experience everyone is horny as fuck, but these guys are so entitled they can't conceive that women would be perfectly fine in this situation, they can't accept that if the woman of their dream is replaceable for a robot, they are completely repleacable too.
I think they also don't get that not everyone is okay with a completely submissive partner and want relationships to be on more equal footing and the people who enjoy those kind of relationships will just find each other. I personally have no interest in a robotic partner, I am perfectly happy with the people I am dating right now.

Watching this on my way to my parents house for some final Xmas celebrations for this season. Hope you’ve had a good holiday Vincey ❤️ also want to share some good news. I’ve been worried because I’ve had a huge increase in headaches for what seemed to be no reason. But as my glasses broke I needed to go see an optometrist (eye doctor lite basically) and apparently I’ve just developed another type of cross eye which causes that kind of headache!
So no tumor or anything like that. Just have to get glasses that will help me compensate for that and I should be able to read again and have far less headaches! Yay!
Whew! So glad for you! When my brother was little, he started to see cross-eyed, and I had never seen my mom so terrified in my life. They never found the exact problem (not a tumor, but so scary) but he wore glasses for a while and it went away thankfully.

Although I have only a handful of experiences, 2 were relationships but nice guys can be scary, usually just weird or make you feel uncomfortable but occasionally very scary if they turn on you. Dating these days is like a minefield, even with dating apps to sift through to find a genuine person, it's still really difficult. I gave up finding someone years ago after some very bad relationships and becoming a mum.
I politely said good morning and smiled to a guy at the bus stop the other day. He got off at the same stop as me and asked me out. I told him I am not really in the headspace right now, but he was nice and I told him that if we run into each other when it's gotten warmer, we could perhaps go for that coffee. He then let me know "I'm a really pleasant guy, you know!". I'm pretty sure that counts as calling yourself nice, especially since the word nice has a bid of a stigma in my language. 😄It just seems so weird, because in that short conversation, he WAS very pleasant, so why say that you are? Why not just be that way?
It sucks that we can’t be a good person with basic good manners and respect without creeps jumping to conclusions . Being nice and saying good morning is something you should do for everyone, it’s not an invitation for anything sexual or romantic.

NeckBeards have terrible Hygene, and they dont hide with fact they are weirdo
NiceGuys try to at least pretend to be a nice person, but will lash out if you dont sleep with them, and try to hide that they are weirdo.
A nice guy can usually be recognised only when he says something nice-guy-like. Neckbeards seem to be a specific subgroup that projects their identity externally ;-) They stereotypically tend to not shave (thence the name) and generally not take good care of themselves and their personal hygiene, like video games and anime, and consider themselves to be very intelligent and experts on Asian culture (they often have an East Asian woman fetish because of all the anime). They love lecturing everyone else on their supposed ignorance and use big words and act like they have a fantasy of being knights in shining armours (thence their frequent use of the term "milady", when they interact with women). A very stereotypical neckbeard look is a fedora hat, a long coat and a fake katana. They basically act like they think they're an edgy outsider character in an anime (while obviously not having any of the charisma) and then are offended when women are not impressed by it.
Yeah I'm french and I'm not clear on what the difference is either...

I think it's a pretty decent Anime about a toilet Ghost which are Common in japanese Folklore. Havent Seen but it's on my watchlist.
This is probably late, but the name of the anime is based off a Japanese legend about a girl who haunts the bathroom stalls. The exact cause of death are different in each version (died playing hide and seek during a WW2 air raid, killed by parent or stranger, suicide due to bullying etc.). It's basically the Japanese version of Bloody Mary. The anime is said to be a slice-of-life/mystery, but I could be wrong.

20:57 -- The "burger dog" cartoon is quite funny, especially since dachshunds are notoriously prone to tubbiness. It would be downright hilarious if the cartoonist hadn't misspelled "wiener." You're lucky I saw it, and not my husband. We had a little dachshund girlie who was a complete Daddy's Girl. My sweetie is a linguist, so he gets... _shirty_ about the proliferation of the mistake. Our houndie has been gone for a bit over three years, but my husband still gets misty when she's mentioned, which may be why he gets so irritable about it.
Edit: My all-time #1 best boyfriend just moseyed into the computer room. He had a look at the cartoon, and the first words out of his mouth were, _"They misspelled wiener!_ It's amazing how many people -- even dachshund owners -- don't know how to spell _wiener!_ Don't they even look at labels?"
