Those accused by ED were given clean chit after joining BJP and are made Dy. chief minister and CM in certain states. The promise of Modiji that Na Kahoonga, na khaane doonga seems to be hollow and election jumla.

Why Supreme Court is not questioning the ED regarding Kejriwalji arrest.? If he is innocent , he should not be set free.

Mr.Dushyant Dave made no room for any guessing or appeared evasive in his Replies. He showed meticulous courage, exemplary determination and fearlessly explained the current situation and his replies were authentic and pungent. Not only, Mr.Kejriwal, the whole Nation is now under seige. We fought alien Forces to get freedom, now battling with internal Forces to get freedom from mischief Makers who are in power.
There is urgent need to stop this Elections and to suspend Modi's governance. Otherwise, there's more Harm to happen.

Kejriwal was issued first summons by ED in October 2023. He chose to avoid 9 summons and finally got arrested in March, 2024. Kejriwal decided to get arrested

IMPORTANT AND URGENT :Hon. Duushyant Sir. I am an engineer by profession but my family has many great judges and advocated and legal advisors and top state collectors etc. As far as i understand the country runs on political leaders bringing in public requirements and the administrative mechanism regulates or approves taking the interest of the government. Government is a permanent entity and political i is temporary. My serious objections of ED or CBI taking directly or indirectly instructions from a political party just unacceptable and government can dismiss on the spot. This must be the case on these authorities coraborating with a political party. PM is head of the political party and not head of the government. Why are the opposition parties not suing these authorities . I am a fan of Dushyant and his good work including his beautiful suggestion of CJI to form a committee of top judges to combindly take decisions on delicate and political controversial case.
Please look into this and if can find a solutions to ED and CBI misuse of power and exploitation. why this way of corrective measures including public in large numbers go to these authorities offices and drag them to reply.? Regards

You have very aptly brought out the malady in judiciary. I do hope and wish justices take note of your suggestions and improve upon themselves. Article 32 is for what SC is there but it is being interpreted differently by different justices.
Present CJI like about half of the justices want to rise to the occasion but sometime fail, don't know why.

Sorry to say, Respected Dave, the major charge against CM Kejriwaljee, is that he ignored 8 Summons by the ED. Ignorance of just 3 Summons is enough to put the defendant behind bars. The fact that Kejriwaljee did not spill the beans makes him suspect WHAT IS KEJRIWALJEE HIDING? If he is really clean, he should make a clean breast of it and walk out of jail, a free man.
It's not his job to prove he is innocent. It's the prosecution's job to prove Kejriwal guilty.
Also, why are the others in sand mining mafia in BJP states not being issued summons?
The ED or prosecution cannot be selective about who to target and issue summons to.
You also cannot be selective in your accusation. You should also question why leaders accused in so many cases suddenly become clean once they join the BJP.
Kejriwal should definitely be punished if he is proven guilty. But the ED should also pursue cases against other accused people, no matter what party they belong to.
