    Wow! I'm working with my Mom to help her speech after her stroke. I did these with her and I'm amazed how tight my own tongue was and I speak normally. 🙂
    At the hospital, nor rehab did she get such a valuable exercise. Thank you for your content. Can't wait to do more.
