Are you on Laptop or Desktop PC? anyway, the Computer must have Dedicated Discreet GPU like NVidia or Radeon. if you're using NVidia you can use NVidia GeForce Experience ShadowPlay if you're using Radeon GPU, you can use Radeon ReLive to capture the gameplay. if Both Apps mentioned above still confusing for you, you can use OBS which is suitable for both GPU. if OBS still confusing for you, you can use Bandicam. I will not recommend any other software because those Apps I mentioned above are the easiest
