Class D is here to stay, as a long time class AB big 240W+ amp user, my recent acquisition the SMSL SA400 has be pleasantly surprised by its performance in a small package. The quality of sound from it is truly good.
I use the cxa81 in my second set up & its pretty good, same as the cxa61. Think the ls50's are 4 ohm.; bet they go well with the cambridge amp. Topping do offer good value for money. thanks for posting ✌😎👍
Topping, SMSL etc. are small in size, light and awesome values. What a contribution to the world of audiophiles. Audiolab, Cambridge etc. should be very worried.
I’m thinking the same thing. But my guess is yes. If your hp amp has a preamp function. I’m thinking about giving it a shot. I have a Topping A70pro and absolutely love it. I’ve used the rca preout so far and it’s been great. I’m thinking of getting this and using the xlr out to trs in. And using the rca out to my sub. In theory, it should be awesome. At least that’s my theory.
after their clusterfuck with the original PA5 and how they handled it, and the reasons behind it, Topping won't be getting a dime from me probably never again

These compact class D amps are performing great. Even better than some amplifiers which sells at way higher price.

Now let's see how the topping fares against fosi v3, that's the ultimate budget question.
Both great, different price categories, topping is better
Is SMSL AO300 better than this?
Do you not like the xduoo xd05 pro then?Since there is no review for it.😅Cheers.
lol, its coming, I promise. Just trying to get caught up. Thanks for watching and cheers!
Please list the test gear
Never had a Topping before
Can this be hooked up to a headphone amp?
