- The gaming news this week saw the PS5 Pro 30th anniversary announcement, an ESRB rating for a Horizon Zero Dawn remaster, and Nintendo sues Palworld. And that's not all! There was a Helldivers 2 update with a bunch of buffs and new Battlefield 6 details as well as PS6 leaks. Let's break it all down.

I’m totally glad yo recognize that Sony knows a lot of players didn’t play or didn’t know about the Horizon series or Days Gone game and it’s also a way that some devs can interact with the studio like workflow and other things either way the remastered games will sale just fine but I glad to know your keep ppl with a clear understanding of gaming news thanks man keep up the good work!

Sony owns Bluepoint and Nixxes. They both specialize in ports/remasters. I'd assume they would be handling these games.
I feel like a lot of the points you made defending the Days Gone remaster could be used for a hypothetical remaster of the Infamous games. You stated a few episodes ago that you think an infamous game would only do well if it was a brand new instalment but given the train of thought for Days Gone I’d argue it would have the same appeal. Same could be said for a lot of other classic games being remade as well.

@@ReforgeGaming oh I agree. I think that remaking the originals would do maybe not equally as well but still not terribly considering how new a large portion of the install base is.👍🏻
While I understand your concerns, I really don't think we have to worry about other companies making patents because of this, It just seems very unlikely in my opinion. Also I highly doubt they're doing this to get rid of competition, nintendo has literally published games from themselves and third party studios that are considered pokemon clones like with fossil fighters and yokai watch. I really just think that they believe they violated their patents in some way and are doing what they consider an appropriate response, Again I really doubt that they're doing this to get rid of competition, I think that's a short sighted way of looking at this situation.
i hope nintendo loses so i can play palworld on my 30th anniversary limited edition ps5 pro!! muahhaaahahahaaa!!
