it’s so funny to me that the season that feels the most consistently chaotic and high-energy insane is the same season where Beardsley is the sane and focused character and everyone else is infinitely more efficient for it
I feel like the most unhinged season is really the only place Ally can play a truly competent character 😂 Like, the others have to get to their level of chaos and then they're leveled and can excel

“I’m gonna die in Baustin… tomorrow” gives off the same vibes as Critical Role’s “how long have you been alive?” “11 days” “how long to kobolds live?” “11 days”
You know, I’m always intimidated by the time needed to get into critical role but it’s lines like this that make me think the hundreds of hours would be worth it.

It is 1am and this video has made me realise that Zac has an elasticity in his face normally reserved for Jim Carrey and he has somehow made an iconic comedy career almost entirely without it. Take a look at his wild expressions as Skipper Norman in that first episode, his wild eyed expression at being asked to push back a firefight should be impossible.
the art squad scene contains all of my favorite brennan lines of all time. something about the worst improve group ever who are wanna-be galactic terrorists is so intensely hilarious i fucking love it. it also was so funny how much all of the players absolutely hated it

This season for me was the best season of D20 so far. Endlessly chaotic, random, and fun. In an after episode, this season was meant for the PCs to take it easy, but when they heard that, in their own words, their ADHD brains hyper focused. Can’t wait for next season.

For some reason, I find Lou's smoker cough comforting. That is how I know a bit is truly funny. I have to re-watch this campaign. Just chalk full of good bits. Also, this is the only compilation I have found that has the most of people effing Gnosis. It was such a good gag.
