Beast. I was 17 just getting into following bodybuilding. I'd read muscular development magazine religiously, and I remember the first time I saw levrone, he looked incredible. He was the first guy who made me realize how badass the triceps muscle was. I thought damn I want tri's like that. I mean even looking at him now I get a strong urge to go lift and eat, and I'm old.

But he is a superhero not only because of the life he had, but because of how he dealt with Mr Olimpia, which if it were today he would win, since the static has returned to the spotlight
