    You are such an inspiration man. Back in the end of January I found this video. I was 267lbs. I ate dominos, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell every single day for over a year, when I wasn't eating that, I was buying two bags of Tyson chicken tenders and eating it all in under just a couple hours. Well every Monday I watched this video. It is now May 1st. I weighed my self this morning, I'm now 172.3 lbs. My goal is to be 160 lbs by my 21st birthday which will be this July. So thank you for the inspiration.
    * Update 3 years later (February 2022), still going strong. Still getting at it ☺️. I’ve reach my goal, and 3% body fat!
    It’s not over till I win, and I will never win because I continue to set new goals for my self 😄 🏆

      @@nickolasdiamond5619 Don´t worry, fears are natural and protect from dangerous situations. I was fat too and I couldn´t swim. Anyway, I would recommend you to take part at a swimming course. I did it and after all training I got the 2nd best swimming license in Germany for no lifeguards. By the way, if you started then you would swim likely in a not so deep swimming pool and the swimming teacher will help you.

      Let success be dictated by what YOU enjoy, not by what other people see as being happy. Why do you think so many celebrities face depression and suicidal thoughts.
      Hopefully this might have changed somebody's mindset and I wish all of you the very best that life has to offer.

I decided it was enough and went on an extremely hardcore diet as well as excersise. I went from 270lbs to 175lbs within 9 months and I am now in the best shape of my life!

    Got to me. I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor almost 5 months ago and it is such a wake up call to lose your health. You are more grateful for everything you have, you try to see everything in a positive light, and you want to work at being your best self. It should be that way always, but it takes a wake up call for most of us to realize how precious life is. My tumor is benign but caused me health problems. Luckily everything is going well with treatment :) This video was very inspiring, thanks!

      I have so many dreams, but one of my dreams is to travel the world and document my experience, I have a camera now, but I just don't have much money to travel. I also can't quit school as I am a senior in high school now. I thought about getting a job, but school consumes literally all my time (iI just stress, binge eat and fall behind in school work as well). Another dream I had, is to take as many courses in fashion design, and dedicate all my energy and time to it. Last but not least, I have always wanted to mentally take a break and regain myself, maybe go to yoga, energy therapy, and from that I would have a stable mental health to pursue my life, but I just don't know where to start from all of this and I feel like I am missing a lot of opportunities and that time is running out and I'm just in bed dreaming and at school daydreaming...

      There is ALWAYS a way...and it starts with BELIEF. If you dont have belief yet, then go to the Self Help section of a bookstore and start informing yourself about the mindset you need in order to go for your dreams....and EVERYTHING is possible. Once you make your decision, the Universe will work in your Favor and support you all the way.....If you are interested....read the book "The Secret" or watch the DVD. There you will learn about the Law of Attraction. Find out everything you can about this Universl Law (For example on RUclips) It will take you EVERYWHERE you want to go in this Most PRECIOUS LIFE. Best of Luck DREAMER.

    • @georgratke
      @georgratke 5 лет назад +1

      I assume because there is some bs in that part of the story. On his website he says, that he had the tumor since his childhood and now the meds stopped working. Here he claims they just found the tumor.. Maybe it had always been a benign tumor and his passing out was due to something else that got better when he got healthier.
