I was so prepped to hate Nicole, but I actually think she's the underdog here. Lauren is really very natural in front of the camera. Nicole is a little more nervous and awkward by comparison. Whereas Lauren speaks her not so subtle jabs at Nicole frankly, Nicole says her low carb remark and immediately falls silent. Lauren controls the situation, taking Nicole's funnel away from her and brushing Nicole's opinion aside. Nicole might have smelled something on the wind at Hallmark, her needling causing far more ripples than intended. She had become complacent that no one would dare challenge her place in the hierarchy... Plus I prefer wine to tequila so :/... Nicole is the true queen
Everyone nags Nicole because she's the one most obviously needling Lauren, but until the actual tea is spilt I won't judge her too hard. That said, she is probably the meanest in this one, the low-carb thing is HARSH. Lauren does fight back a little in the other two videos, especially the wine bottle one. That one isn't even three minutes because they rush through it to get done.
Thanks for the idea on those connectors or couplers. I had the idea for using these jars or bottles but just didn't have a good idea on how to get the wick to stay in the container without drilling holes into every lid or without first using only bottles that had lids, but this kind of connector idea works really well.
Okay but nobody (that I know of) seems to have mentioned how Nicole clearly mocks Lauren at around 3:43 by repeating the word “draw” and looking up at the camera after Lauren says that it needs a little bit of time for the citronella to draw into the wick. She’s literally just making fun of her word choice and belittling her

I have a bottle of captain morgan sour apple that is taking me forever to finish lol but I think that bottle would be perfect for this once it's empty! Crown royal would probably look cool too or maybe some sake bottles, they're usually short and ornate.
I'm totally doing this! I have multiple Patron bottles. I might try to see if I can drill out the middle of the cork and place the coupling on top of that. Might be a challenge to fit the wick through though. Great demo! I would have thought for sure the fitting would have to be secured to the bottle, not just sit loosely on top. Now I know!

how long are you letting the wick saturate? You may need to let it sit for awhile (an hour or so) to get full saturation...
